Teaser Tuesdays - Cynthia Hand

Teaser Tuesdays
Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along and all you have to do is the following:
  1.  Grab you current read.
  2. Open to a random page.
  3. Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page.
  4. Share the title and author as well so that other Teaser Tuesday participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teaser!

**Be careful not to include SPOILERS! (Don’t give too much away and spoil the book for others who have not read it yet.)

My Teasers:

"I'm sorry, I blew it, it looks like I messed up your divine purpose? My bad?"
- pg. 7 Hallowed by Cynthia Hand

"And there's something Dad said that burns like a live coal in my mind."
- pg. 293 Hallowed by Cynthia Hand

Please leave a comment with a link to your own Teaser Tuesdays post or feel free to share your “teaser” in the comments here. I look forward to being teased by you.

Happy Reading!

"Lindsay always carries candy on her, 24/7, like she's packing drugs. I guess she kind of is."

"Lindsay's the one who drives like she's in the real-life version of Grand Theft Auto."
